Our Story

IGA was founded by Isaac Gancfried, with the goal of delivering essential services and vital liquidity to business owners and entrepreneurs. Isaac began his career as a direct agent selling credit insurance for one of the major providers in the US industry.

During that time, he developed in-depth expertise and a granular understanding of the credit insurance industry, how it worked, and how it all too often failed its clients.

Working directly with a major credit insurance provider gave Isaac the opportunity to truly understand and analyze the various trade credit insurance policies in use, and how to best underwrite and structure a policy in order to ensure overlooked loopholes were closed and to eliminate common payment delays when claims were filed. He continues that tradition today with every client IGA serves.

The Evolution of IGA

It took very little time for IGA to develop a reputation of being a specialty broker. Combined with continuous passionate advice and his expert guidance in credit management, he began to differentiate himself from his peers by focusing almost exclusively on the multiple facets of receivable management, including:

In recent years

With the ever-evolving digitalization and global data transformation which has greatly enhanced the Trade Credit Insurance Market and the services it can provide Menashe Rosenberg joined the team at Isaac Gancfried & Associates. With his vast knowledge in accounting and receivables his expertise added new dimensions to IGA’s expansion in the Factoring and Supply chain Finance solutions enabling us to help our clients and become their go to when looking to expand their buyer portfolio with the full array of solutions from traditional trade insurance to receivable management, and supply chain finance solutions.
